Cette Cancellaria cancellata vient des côtes ouest de l'Afrique (Sénégal) mais est présente aussi en Méditerranée (Espagne). Elle fait partie de la famille des Cancellariidae. Je l' héberge temporairement chez Buccinacea en attendant d'en avoir suffisamment pour leur consacrer une rubrique personnalisée. Voir Cancellaria cancellata fossile. On la trouve maintenant sous le taxon: Bivetiella cancellata (Linnaeus,1767). Je ne sais d' où viennent ces différences de date(1758/1767). Taille: 30 mm.
This Cancellaria cancellata comes from west African coasts (Sénégal) but present also in Mediterranean Sea (Spain). She is part of the family of Cancellariidae. I hosts temporarily with Buccinacea waiting to have enough to devote a custom section. See Cancellaria cancellata fossil. It is now found with the taxa Bivetiella cancellata (Linnaeus, 1767). I do not know why these are different dates (1758/1767). Size: 30 mm.
